New Wiki Covers Autism Transition

The goal of the new Autism Transition Handbook wiki is to assist individuals with ASD and their families by providing access to the most current and comprehensive information on the transition to adulthood. The wiki was developed with grants from the from the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the Delaware Department of Education. The site provides both general and state-specific information for Pennsylvania and Delaware.
